The Custom Process

When you start a custom order with us, we make sure you know exactly what you’re getting from day one. After a deposit is placed, we begin with a detailed CAD design and complimentary 3D print of your piece. This allows you to see, feel, and review the design before production begins — giving you the opportunity to make adjustments and ensuring there are no surprises.
